You can probably google some videos on how to play Diplomacy. Only
problem is a lot of them are really old.
There's also Backstabbr, an online service for playing Diplomacy. It has
an overview of the rules (obviously a bit different since that's
regulated by a computer, this is regulated by a person and also is a
nomic, but it should give you the gist) and a sandbox where you can mess
around.
