Alexis had an auction re-write proposal last month that had some good stuff in it (though it also needed lots of work). I was thinking of working on that as a starting point sometime soon (it would make auctions a lot cleaner in general) could try to get to that sooner? Since VPs are relatively independent I'd either leave it out, or come up with a very simple method to get us going (e.g. "In each Agoran week the Treasuror CAN once, and SHALL, randomly select a player who wasn't selected in the previous week, and grant em a victory card by announcement." - that's a pretty complete method?) in a standalone rule that can be replaced easily? -G.
