I think the closest mathematical equivalent is whatever term you use when
you have 3 unknowns and only 2 equations (a general term, not the specific
linear algebra matrix term).  Underspecified?  Supporting a range of
possible solutions?   That literally fits R2518's description of a value
that can't be determined from available information, and a  value that is
logically irresolvable as per the PARADOXICAL judgement description.
