In general regarding copyright, I recall a discussion a year or two ago, in which we thought that we were in a safe place with regards to messages on the basis of precedent and implicit licenses. For that reason, I plan to refrain from explicitly licensing my contributions and I would recommend that others do similarly unless we establish that a more general change is in order.
