Birthday is really close to the summer quarter, Awards month is the start of the spring quarter, and RtRW is close enough to the start of the winter quarter. So I'd invent a good event for Sept/Oct and drop the eastman week addresses? Since August is typically "everyone's on vacation" - for the fall I'd have some kind of "back to work" address - maybe suggest that that's the one where the P.M. announces an agenda or something. Either that or just make Halloween some kind of (spoooky) celebration thing.
