I like the general idea, but I have a couple questions: 1. In "any player CAN cause this rule to repeal all Emergency Regulations and then itself." Why do we want the rule to repeal itself?
2. Should "notwithstanding any rule that would prohibit a single player from holding both offices." read "any rule that would prohibit a single player from holding both offices notwithstanding."? ---- Publius Scribonius Scholasticus
