I’ve started recovering from my health problems. Unfortunately, as anyone who’s dealt with mental illness can tell you, it can take weeks or months to fully recover, even once you’re on the right track. So here are the conclusions I’ve come to.
There’s no way I can run the contest, I’ll be handing it off as planned. I *should* be able to catch up on Promotor without assistance. I won’t have time till the weekend. If I’m not basically done by the end of the weekend (say to the point of a full draft), I’ll temporarily hand the office off to someone else via an acting on behalf contract (with full pay, of course). But, hopefully, I’ll be able to do it without that. However, I would ask that the Agoran public not take this as announcement as a reason to rush proposals through. Please don’t try to finish your proposal by the next distribution just because you know when that’ll be now. If you’re already planning on submitting it, fine, but don’t rush it because of this announcement. If people post like 10 proposals while I’m already behind, then I won’t be able catch up. Again, I’m really sorry about all of this. I’m aware that I’m one of the major reasons for the recent game slow down, and I apologize for that. -Aris
