That might make things more interesting, since I don't see a way for you to do it. I might still be able to deny it under Rule 2201; I'm not sure. I don't think it's causing much harm. I'm wondering if I should withdraw my CFJ if we're all in agreement about it. On the one hand, it would save the work of a judge; on the other, if it's really so trivial, it shouldn't take much work to judge. I'll leave it out there unless people think I should withdraw.
