I worked more on my ruleset code over the past few weeks and I decided to go
and add all the names of proposals that I could find. Almost every proposal
between the first issue of the AWJ and now, now has a name. Also, I added
chamber annotations for when the colored chambers were a thing with the
mindset that if disinterest is tracked, any other properties of a proposal, no
matter how ephemeral, should also be tracked. Also, the FLR now includes a
statistical report and power distribution. I got the idea from older
traditions of rulekeeping.
