Couple things: - The "if the Auctioneer CAN and MAY do so" might not work with Agora, because I don't know where it says that Agora CAN make the transfer? - Since the Zombie Auction is a special case that redefines "transfer" as a switch flip, you'd have to modify the last paragraph of R1885 to match whatever you came up with here.
