Since this revision possibly merely rewound the vote tally to a previous
report/ revision, it seems possible to me that it already was adopted
then, and that the revision only needs to correct the vote tally with no
actual game effect since everything already happened.
Hopefully an extra revision or Tree(3) won't hurt anything.
