This is the sort of contract that I believe should be given funding from Agora's central government (most likely that works towards a win rather than necessarily being economically spendable), rather than relying on that of the participants. Of course, you'd have to rely on 天火狐 picking secret phrases of a fair and consistent difficulty. I'm not sure if there's any easy way to do that. -- ais523
