Yes. But I'll admit to being pretty stalled out at the 3/4 mark and wouldn't vote against repealing them, *if* something was put in the same proposal to replace them. (Since it's more through endorsements than giving tokens, maybe some kind of voting game - old school points for voting for or against proposals or somesuch).
