I support. Besides the phrasing issues, I agree that voting strength was too harsh. I wrote this proposal as a silly thing as I was thinking about the potential implications of CB’s proposal. Voting strength was the first debuff I could think of, as well as a very simple one to implement. This was a mean proposal, and I was a mean person. Apologies.
