I disagree, because the rules can clearly intend something, but their
wording is faulty. For example, scams like Ais's withdrawing thing. I
doubt the intent was to enable that (and if it was, then the secret
motivations behind a certain rule change how they should be
interpreted?).


Where is the line drawn for what is acceptable to be "implicit" and
what not? I believe not everyone has it at the same place, and there
is a certain way to "draw" that line that allows my scam to work
(although why this is is mostly just an educated guess based on
opinions I've read).


I just hope I'm at the right time and place for it.
