I will be in the Northern California mountains with no network access from 7/3 to 7/26; we'll need to think of some plan for Rulekeeping during those 3 weeks. If somebody was willing to take over for that period, I could set up an Agency to allow them to publish the ruleset while I was gone; I would be willing to pay them my paycheck for the month (given that they are doing my job anyway).
