Well, hopefully a Green Card is suitably gentle that you don’t feel unduly punished for making a mistake. In as much as I have a policy (hat tip to G. for asking), erring on the side of blue-er cards seems likely to be better for the game in the grand scheme. Stripping your ability to vote over a mis-claimed ribbon seemed disproportionate, and likely to drive off a player in otherwise-good standing. -o
