Is "green card" going to be standard for over 2 weeks late on judgements, and late reports? I don't have a strong feeling here, and it was "fine" when we were playing slowly, but there were some people earlier who wanted to put higher standards on officers so as not to slow the now-active game. So this email is to see if you have a more general policy, and/or to promote discussion of future expectations, if desired.
