Secretary is indeed very difficult.

Referee is an awkward one, though. Proving a negative is very
difficult, so as Referee, you have to go through every message multiple
times, and then every SHALL in the rules looking for omissions, just to
determine that there are no cards to give out. I burnt out of the
office very quickly, when I held it. I have a suspicion that we'd be
better off using a criminal justice system that doesn't require an
office.
