So, there are plots of land. You can build factories on the plots of land, and they produce stuff. Does that sound like FUN? Then check it out! http://sylvester.s.warrigal.net/django/playerinfo/ The UI doesn't fail to suck yet, so instructions are located at http://wiki.zbasu.net/lepwick-economy-game.
There isn't currently a mechanism for creating accounts via the site itself, so you'll have to contact me for a game account. (For what it's worth, after someone else joins, I plan to create three plots plus two per player, at a rate no faster than one or maybe two per day. You'll also get 400 grams of gold.) What does this have to do with nomic, you ask? Why, the server is a nomic! Sort of almost. There's currently no official, automated way to submit proposals, but there will be in the future. This application is in a git repository at http://sylvester.s.warrigal.net/rootfs/home/nomic/django/nomicproject/. Patches and suggestions are more than welcome. I'm giving people Unix accounts on the server; if you want to deploy your own application, I'll probably let you. The ambition is for Lepwick to be a legal, political, and economic simulation. There's already a crude economic system here; I want to expand it into something really sophisticated. By the way, from now until I state otherwise, I wish to be known in Agora as "the Warrigal", with the article omitted or capitalized as appropriate (analogously to "the Bronx"). —the Warrigal
