Now, I don't exactly remember what the precedent on this is, but if a
proposal's text is resolved sequentially, you're going to end up
trying to change a section from a rule which, although having the
correct ID, won't have the name you mentionned.

Whether that's good/intended/evil/exploitable, I don't know. Heck, I
don't even know if it works like that at all. =P

P.S: Oh, and AGAINST, by the way. I don't see why that would be
needed. All it does is getting rid of Yet Another Fun, Quirky Thing
>From Agora, and unless I've missed some conversation somewhere, I
didn't see any justification for it.
