With this clause, making assumption automatic, I would't do a one-off deputization. Then you should make the CotC a standalone again; winning the responsibility for CFJs is a dubious prize at best, and not keeping with the stability we want for CFJ responsibility (not that we have it *now*, but still...) Suggestion: Keep Speaker elected. Make a Patent Title Current Champion that goes to the Current Champion, and comes with whatever prizes are relevant (extra votes etc.). -G.
