That would work. Though it would be good to at least list Degrees (and just say they're awardable via proposal), in keeping with the style of formal academic scholarship for those. Of course, evidence suggests the opposite. They were rewarded more often when there were different and specifically-listed conditions and method for award (e.g. Bard, scamster, etc.).
