Well, the argument is that "The players of Toy Nomic can amend its Rules by unanimous consent" means "For all amendments that could be made to the rules of Toy Nomic, if (for all players of Toy Nomic, that player consents to that amendment), then that amendment is made." Since there are no players of Toy Nomic, the statement "for all players of Toy Nomic, that player consents to that amendment" is vacuously true for all amendments, and so all amendments are made. My counterargument is that since it says "the players can", it's not sufficient merely for unanimous consent to exist; at least one player has to act on it. —Machiavelli
