"Everybody consents" is not the same as "nobody objects". Not if we take this to mean informed, willful consent, as we don't have proof of consent - here, the statement "all players have consented to change X..." can't be answered to R101 standards, which is reasonable for Agora to use to determine consent to an agreement's changes. Also, can be said "unanimous" is just undefined, in common language, for 0 people. -G.
