As I interpret this algorithm, if the election ended now, the first word
is "Syrian", and the asciibetically closest candidate would be G. for
Herald (4 < G < S), Murphy for IADop (4 < M < S), and Yally for
Registrar (Sy-Mu=6:4; Ya-Sy=6:-24).
