Your definition of "well-played" may be off a bit; that was a
particularly bad piece of gameplay.

Although, to be fair, no one actually voted *for* the refresh proposal
to end the game, it's just that no one submitted any other ones either
or ended the Emergency Session.

Well-played meant B as a whole; perhaps it should have been a seperate clause.
