Now that this has been adopted I'd like to try and start a debate about what the right level of payment is for each office. This has to be considered in terms of the relative payment of each office and relative to other sources of points. For reference, the average number of Points gained for an adopted proposal in this distribution was just under 9, not counting co-authors. For the rejected proposals which actually caused anyone to lose Points, the average loss was 4.25 Points. -- Charles Walker
