Against. Deputisation is sometimes used for favors ("I'm AFK next week
can you do this for me?") or to get an officer to specifically to eir
duty as part of gameplay ("e doesn't want to award me something because
e's moving against it in a scam"). A better version might be "if an
officer has missed X reports in a row".
