Indeed, since the Speaker CANNOT be on the list, it's not clear what happens to a list that incorrectly contains the speaker or if the IADoP and Herald's List are at odds when they self-ratify (is it, in fact, the List in the first place?). Since they have both self-ratified consistently this time, I'm guessing no problem. -G.
