I disagree, based on my memory of the precedent of what "via" means. Otherwise, indeed, it would be trivial as you say and uninteresting Forget the CFJ # but will go look now that I seem to be getting messages from all fora. But IIRC the precedent says that if the forum blocks a message, it wasn't sent "via". It makes a lot of sense to extend that and say "If the message is accepted, but isn't sent to anyone, then it wasn't sent "via". -G.
