So if I actually came up with a proposal or suite of proposals involving chartering some particular entity in Agora (which happens to be more stable than some landed nations) t hat might fly? It may be a good thing that the old framework was just repealed then, the Agorans will now be familiar with the basics in ways unknown to normal law for centuries.
