Gratuitous: Personhood is defined for those who have never played, and similarly defined for those who have R101(vii)-stopped playing. Proto: Replace R101(vii) with: vii. Every player has the right to cease being a player, and every person has the right to not be a player. The rules may define in-game attributes of a non-player, including obligations and penalties, but acknowledge that they cannot force the non-player to notice.
