Difference of opinion, personally their complexity has almost always
exceeded my give-a-damn threshold.  I also have issues with:

  1) Audits giving rests.  Last time we did cards, hoarding just
     required the recordkeepor to randomly choose and discard some
     of your cards.  Yes, I could figure everything out in time
     if I were actually audited, but it would be tedious.

  2) Cards affecting voting limits on individual proposals (because
     the Assessor DB has no inherent provisions for dealing with that;
     I should revise it to take a snapshot of quorum and voting limits
     when distribution is recorded, but time doesn't permit).  This was
     possible with Voting Credits as well, but seems more likely with
     cards because there are some cards where that's the only thing you
     *can* do with them (besides discard or deposit them).
