I vote AGAINST (even with a name that isn't already in use). Seeing
contract actions happen on the main business list is very instructive in
working out what is and isn't active; IMO, something like an AAA mill
purchase is rather more contentful than the typical a-b content, as much
of the actual core-rules gameplay in a-b is repeated to a-o subsequently
(e.g. CFJ judgements). Besides, there are loads of cases where someone
uses something like a contract in an attempt to test a rule, or
something like that; would those go to a-b or a hypothetical a-a? (For
instance, imagine someone transferring a Coin to a nonexistent person to
see what happens, or other similar tests that have happened in the
past.)
