Funny, this complaint has been raised every five years or so. The last time it led to "the great repeals and simplification". The result was that *after* the simplification, there was a period of the quietest gameplay I'd ever seen (look at the business archives for Oct 2006 for example). Oddly enough, these things always happen during hot summer months. I think we've got cause and effect wrong here. -G.
