You're right, I read the rule too quickly first time. Frequency seems reasonable. Still think it might be buggy though (see my subsequent post). A language fix might be "If you play this card in the same message that you play an X card from each basic deck, you satisfy the win condition. If you play this card at any other time, it is destroyed with no effect." (This means the act of playing is its own cleanup). -G.
