I should add that the reason I'm suggesting a patch proposal rather than
voting this one down and a complete re-doing is that the *purpose* of the
dudded cards is pretty clear; we can start dealing and trading them now
(and be pretty clear what their value will be) even if we can't actually
use them for another week.  -G.
