For any judges assigned to judge a case about their own membership in such a contract (or other contracts for that matter); I'm willing to make or entertain offers in exchange for said judges recusing themselves and then (politely) not answering questions (in public or in private) about their contract memberships - silence is still a natural and non-penalizable right as far as I can tell and should be supported.
