An Agoran quarter is an absolute period of time, not a relative
interval. You probably want either "three months after its creation" or
"after one full Agoran quarter has passed since its creation".

What do you mean by "certain pieces of information"? Perhaps "its
existence, or the identity of its initiator, or the time of its
initiation, or the deadline for resolving it, or one or more of its
essential parameters"?
