Looks good. I'd like to see something like this:
If a player votes KILL on a Motion, eir vote is counted as a vote
AGAINST that Motion. Additionally, if the Motion passes, then:
a) If that player has no pending Offers, then e ceases to become a
party to the contract at the same time.
b) Otherwise, e ceases to become a party once all obligations e
incurred before the passing of the Motion are satisfied.
