root generally CANNOT create rests by announcement except in eir own possession. Hence, eir "I create a rest" unambiguously means "I create a rest in my possession". If you disagree, I invite you to explain what else it might mean. root, I suggest you create some more rests to make forcing wins at you more expensive.
