We can number the coins, just to make the movement easier to follow, and we
start with this structure:

1 2 3
7 8
4 5 6

We can move coins 4, 5, 6, 7 around to the end of the top line to end up
with:

1 2 3 4 5 6 7
      8

And we now have four rows of four coins each: 1-4, 2-5, 3-6, and 4-7!

Cheers, and ais523, thanks for the extra points ;-)
