Actually, I think a very large percentage of current players (including me IIRC) tried to repeal it early on after joining. I'm wondering how much of the resistance is "I couldn't get rid of it, so I'm sure not going to let you do it." I wonder if having it be done via Anarchy will make any difference? -G.
