I'm not doing this, because the win is fine and all, but since we're
talking about invoking deregistration rights, a rights question:

What would happen if I announced "I don't consider myself bound by this
particular amendment to the rules, because I didn't have a reasonable
opportunity to review it."?  Any legal consequences?  Context: 101(iv)
was written to prevent just this sort of insta-adoption of last-minute 
text into the ruleset, should we bring that back if it isn't there now?
