"SHOULD with 2 support" is potentially confusing. "CAN with 2 support
[...] and SHOULD attempt to do so" is at least unambiguous, if a little
wordy; I'm sure you could improve on that.

Other than that, looks good (does Ninny have a capital N nowadays?).
