Repeal Rule 1769 (Holidays)
[note: may already be repealed by previous proposal]
Amend Rule 1023 by appending the following text, replacing (d)
with the sequential letter appropriate for the Rule:
(d) Agoran holidays:
(1) If a period of time is defined as an Agoran holiday,
the Promotor SHALL NOT distribute any proposals, and
judges SHALL NOT be assigned to any judicial cases and
judges SHALL NOT assign judgement to any judicial
question.
(2) During a holiday, any dependent action is considered to
have one more Objector and one less Supporter (minimum 0)
than it otherwise would.
(3) If a player would break a rule by failing to perform
an action by a specific time within a holiday, and e
performs the action within 72 hours following the end
of the holiday, a Notice of Violation concerning the
breach is invalid, and criminal cases on the breach
SHOULD be DISCHARGED.
(4) The period each year from midnight GMT on the
morning of 24 December to the beginning of the first
Agoran week to begin after 2 January is a Holiday.
(5) The entire day of June 30, GMT +1200, is a Holiday.
