I'll vote for this one.  After all, what if a foreign nomic says that
an appropriate forum for communicating it is {a-b, with "I deregister"
at the start of every message}?  But I'm getting bored of proposals to
remove essential rules.  Someone guess what rule Bayes uses to choose
rules to repeal-- it's obvious-- and I'll change it to one more likely
to yield repealable rules.
