I intend, with 2 support, to initiate a criminal CFJ against Warrigal
for violating R2215 in the above-quoted message by claiming not to be
a party to the PerlNomic partnership.

Warrigal has repeatedly shown knowledge that the PerlNomic metarules
include a provision that by playing the game one agrees to be bound by
the PNP contract, and with this foreknowledge e registered as a
PerlNomic player and continued to take actions that caused em to be an
Active Player as defined by PerlNomic's internal state. This
combination of factors constitutes an explicit willful agreement into
the PNP contract, eir claims to the contrary notwithstanding.

It should be noted that there's a mechanism e can use to become
inactive in PerlNomic and thus not bound by the contract, and that e's
both used that mechanism recently and shown detailed knowledge of its
inner workings in the ##nomic discussion forum. E can also vote for a
pending PerlNomic proposal to permanently expel em from the game.
