Just the fact that it's possible it might get into the courts is astounding. Any idea what the consequence of Obama being declared not unnaturally born would be? Default to McCain as the most valid votes in the election? Electoral re-do? Obama's votes transferred to Biden? Our very own Hillary Rodham Clinton (doubt it, but hey...)? BP
